Our controllers are final-assembled in Trebur before they go onto street luminaires. Several thousand units are passing through final assembly right now, and we are looking for support on a mini-job basis, fixed-term until December 2026. You work at a fixed assembly station following clear instructions, with colleagues within earshot. No prior knowledge needed; we train you.
Responsibilities
- Final assembly of LI Node controllers: fit components, close housings, apply labels
- Visual and functional checks following the test instructions, report anything unusual
- Pack and pick finished controllers for the installation crews
- Keep the assembly station and material stock in order
Your profile
- Manual dexterity and a steady hand for small parts
- Care and reliability: every controller spends twenty years on a pole afterwards
- German or English to follow instructions and coordinate with the team
- No formal qualification required; career changers welcome
Nice to have
- Experience in assembly, manufacturing or electronics production
