Onboarding call
60 minutes remote: access, installation planning and the goals of your pilot.

Installation check-in
How is the installation going? Need support? A short sync with your contact person.
Day 60
Data review
We walk through your measurements together – energy profile, switching behaviour, fault picture – via screen share.
Day 75
Rollout proposal
Based on your evaluation data you receive a concrete, defensible proposal for scaling up.
Day 90
Closing review & decision
Rollout with the kit fully credited – or a simple return. Both are clean outcomes.
Throughout the entire term: a personal contact person and email support. The 90 days start with the first device connection — not with shipping.
Training modules
Add the knowledge: training modules S1–S3.
On request we get your team up to speed during the pilot: S1 fundamentals remote, S2 practice day on site, S3 operator workshop at management level. Bookable individually or combined.
